Hurley has been active in Estée Lauder's Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, as part of the company created a "Elizabeth Pink" lipstick, whose sales benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Hurley, the grandmother died of breast cancer, was the mistress of ceremonies in "The Hot Pink Party", which marked the tenth anniversary of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
