Taylor Momsen rocks knee-high boots excited as she films new scenes for Gossip Girl Wednesday, October 6 in New York City.The 17-year-old actress and musician was joined by Penn Badgley on the set. This weekend will Taylor be headed to Baltimore with his band The Pretty Reckless performing at The Quarter on Sunday. When asked about her character on Gossip Girl and how it compares to her music on stage, Taylor had this to share.
