Francois Henri "Jack" LaLanne was anAmerican fitness, exercise, nutrition expert and motivational speaker who had been called the "Godfather of Fitness". He published several books about fitness and hosting a fitness TV show between 1951 and 1985.LaLanne won recognition for its success as a bodybuilder, as well as his large holdings of strength. He was inducted into California Hall of Fame, and has a star on the Walk of Fame theHollywood.
