The "Hellcat" cutie was looking fantastic as she and her parents figure romp drunk at a dealer afternoon in the local mall. Tweeting on today's to-do, Tizzie wrote: "Spinning, Phineas and Ferb recorded, and now go to meetings!" Mother / Daughter shopping trip comes after Ashley spent the weekend hit up Elton John's Oscar Viewing Party with boyfriend Scott Speer.
