Always hard at work on his many business endeavors, spotted Kim and Kourtney Kardashianwere leave Kim's house in Beverly Hills, CA Tuesday (March 1). With both men looking darling, E! Reality duo had just finished working on his TV show, as they continued to fend off a business meeting with Kim almost taking a tumble while walking down the stairs in her high heels. The observation comes as Kim continues to increase interest in her latest effort, which she recently released a series of pictures on his blog as a teaser for her soon to be released "Turn It Up" music video. The much awaited song will premiere this Sunday (March 6) on a brand new episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York".
