Leaving her newborn baby Egypt at home with his father, Swizz Beatz, Alicia Keys was spotted at the premiere of the new foreign language film "Biutiful" in New York City last night December 1. Alicia is also a visit to the set of BET's "106 & Park" at BET Studios earlier this afternoon. The "Fallin" singer looked to be in fine form, especially considering that she gave birth just six weeks ago. As for her musical endeavors, Ms. Keys, she is inspired by Egypt every day.
